The general terms and conditions of the online store at www.x-ture.si (hereinafter referred to as the store) are prepared in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Market Act (ZEPT), Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), Code of Obligations (OZ), and the Personal Data Protection Act (GDPR).

The general terms and conditions cover the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of the user, and the business relationship between the provider and the customer. The user is bound by the terms and conditions in effect at the time of placing an online order. The provider reserves the right to restrict or completely stop access to the store for a specified or indefinite period. The provider is not responsible for store malfunctions due to user error, misuse of the online store, service interruptions due to network outages, power outages, or other technical issues that may temporarily or longer interfere with usage.

1. PURCHASING PROCESS

User registration is not required for ordering. Personal information (name, surname, address, email) and delivery choice (personal pickup, postal delivery) are required to place an order. For corporate purchases, the company name and VAT number are also required.

Payment can be made via direct bank transfer, PayPal, or by credit/debit card.

The order begins by selecting the desired product(s) and clicking “Add to Cart.” For a purchase, one product is sufficient. After selecting items and agreeing with the cart’s contents, proceed to checkout. The purchasing process has three steps: 1 – Review Cart and Select Delivery Method, 2 – Enter Personal Information and Payment Method, 3 – Complete Purchase and Payment.

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with payment instructions if a pre-invoice option is selected, and the order is also saved in the provider’s archive. You can access these records at any time upon a written request sent to info@x-ture.com or to the company address.

2. PRICES

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Drago Črtalič s.p. is liable for VAT.

Prices are valid at the time of order submission and are not predefined, except in cases of promotions where the validity period is specifically indicated.

3. WARRANTY

We guarantee that the product will work flawlessly if the included instructions are followed. Drago Črtalič s.p. commits to repairing/replacing any defects within the 30-day warranty period. The warranty is valid with adherence to the instructions in the warranty card and with a purchase invoice.

4. PAYMENT METHOD, PAYMENT CONFIRMATION, AND INVOICE

Payment options include credit/debit cards, direct bank transfer based on a pre-invoice, or PayPal. The payment deadline is 8 days from the receipt of the pre-invoice.

5. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS

Delivery of items is calculated at the checkout page. The package will be delivered by the DHL delivery service.

Delivery time is up to 5 working days from the order or pre-invoice payment unless otherwise indicated in the cart. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

6. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM ORDER
